Unfortunately, what this means currently is that you can't actually install any of the Add-Ins from the store. While the Add-In doesn't actually work (due to the dictionary not being a real location), it did allow me to get the Add-In menu to show up in Word. Once you restart word, the Add-In menu will start showing up. xml manifest file and you create the wef folder and drop the manifest file into that folder.
